We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

We offer FREE US shipping for orders $60+ and flat rate $5 for orders under.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Undefined Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need additional assistance, our team is happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
